Sacrament Radio is a primarily Gothic music and information radio show on Sydney community radio station
2RRR 88.5 FM,
which can be heard every Wednesday night from 9pm until 11pm. Sacrament Radio began broadcasting on the 10th of March 1993,
due to a lack of airplay for Gothic music. In the many years since that first show, Sacrament Radio has developed into more than just a radio show, by presenting band nights, clubs and events. At times it is not only heard in Sydney, but in countries such as Germany, England, U.S.A., Canada, Italy, France, Lithuania etc. through Radio Marabu in Germany. Sacrament Radio is known throughout the world as a platform for new and established Gothic bands to have their music heard, as well as providing news and information on all aspects of Gothic culture.
